A step-by-step guide: a direct, feed-free connection — products, prices and stock sync from the store automatically, and AI search plus a chat assistant appear on the storefront.

Horoshop is one of Ukraine's most popular e-commerce platforms: the site, catalogue, cart and payments work out of the box. Now you can add Looma to that box with a single connection: AI-powered catalogue search and a smart chat assistant that take products straight from your store — no exports, no feeds, no files.
This guide walks the whole path: from connecting the store to the first results on your storefront. Actual time — about 10 minutes.

A direct connection means Looma talks to your store through the Horoshop API. In practice that gives you:
The catalogue imports in full: titles and descriptions in every store language, regular and sale prices, main and extra photos, product variants.
In-stock status and warehouse quantities arrive from the store automatically. A customer will never find a product in search that is already gone.
The catalogue refreshes automatically once a day, and the "Update data" button pulls changes any moment. Seller badges ("Hit", "Sale") carry over too.
On the Horoshop side you need the Pro or B2B plan with API data transfer enabled (the API is not available on Basic and Standard). In the Horoshop panel, create a separate administrator just for Looma — its access can be revoked at any time without touching human accounts, and everything it does is visible in the store's activity log.
Then, in your Looma dashboard, open Integrations → Horoshop, pick your site and enter that administrator's login and password. The "Test connection" button shows right away whether everything clicked.

The connection gives Looma access to products. For search and chat to appear on the storefront, one script needs to be added once in Horoshop's settings — your personal snippet with the site key is waiting on the same integration page, in the "How to show Looma search in your store" block.
<script>
(function(d) {
var s = d.createElement('script');
s.defer = true;
s.src = 'https://widget.looma.chat/loader.js?token=YOUR_KEY';
if (d.head) d.head.appendChild(s);
})(document);
</script>
Where to paste it in Horoshop:
The "Copy code" button is on the integration page. Your site key is already inside — nothing to edit.
In the store admin go to the "Site" section — a page with the list of site pages opens.
Click it in the list — an editor with tabs at the top opens.
In the "Scripts after the <body> tag" field paste the copied code and hit "Save".
In your site settings open Products → Source and pick "Horoshop integration" as the source type. This is also where you choose the import language if the store is multilingual. Looma lists exactly what gets imported: products, categories, prices, availability, warehouse stock, photos and seller badges.

After the first import, the "Product list" tab shows the whole catalogue: sale prices, stock statuses, views, variants and a per-product "In search" switch. Next to it works AI Magic Data — it enriches product descriptions and attributes so search and chat answer more precisely.

On the Products → Availability tab choose the "From the integration" source: the in-stock status and quantities are taken from the store's API as they are. Here you also decide what customers see (in-stock only, or everything with badges) and what the AI assistant is allowed to say about availability in chat.

The AI Assistant widget tab decides how the chat works. The key choice is the chat mode:
AI handles every conversation on its own. Operators see the dialogues and can take over any of them manually.
AI leads the conversation, and the customer can request a live operator right from the widget. The most popular mode for stores.
All messages go straight to operators, and outside working hours AI can answer on schedule.
The same tab holds the operators' working schedule (outside it, customers are served by AI only), the AI model — Looma AI Start for basic dialogues or Looma AI Max for more nuanced consultative selling — plus AI lead collection (the assistant gathers interested customers' contacts into the Leads section) and AI Magic Learning, which keeps learning from your operators' real conversations.

The Quick Search widget tab controls search on the storefront. The highlights:
A second entry into search — a corner button with two sections: the magnifier opens search, the eye opens the customer's viewed products. Indispensable when the store template has no search field on every page.
What the customer sees before the first character: recent and popular searches, popular and viewed products, categories — blocks toggle and reorder freely.
Straight from search, the customer hands the query to the AI assistant — for when a plain list of results is not enough and advice is needed.
The widget colour can inherit the AI assistant's style so the whole bundle looks like one product — or you set your own to match the brand.

In the Team section add your operators: the "Invite member" button sends an email invitation, a colleague follows the link — and is already answering customers. The same section holds quick replies for typical questions and the team's working schedule.

Operators work in a full-blown conversation interface: every dialogue from every site in one window, a customer card with history, quick replies, dialogue handover between colleagues and AI hints. We covered it in detail in a separate guide — "Online chat for an online store".

As soon as the script is installed, both tools work on the storefront. Quick Search opens on a click on the store's usual search field: live results with photos, prices and badges from the very first characters.

And the smart assistant answers questions about products, delivery and payment, helps choose from the catalogue and hands over to a live operator when needed. It knows the same catalogue, so it only recommends products the store actually has.

No. The whole setup is a login and password of a dedicated administrator plus one script pasted into Horoshop settings in four clicks.
Pro or B2B — that is where Horoshop enables API data transfer. On Basic and Standard the integration is unavailable, but the classic product-feed option still works.
Automatically once a day. The "Update data" button in the dashboard starts an import any moment — say, right after a big restock.
With the next update it disappears from search results (or gets an "out of stock" badge — depending on your rules), and the AI assistant stops recommending it.
Yes, with one button on the integration page. And since Looma uses its own dedicated Horoshop administrator, you can also revoke access on the store side — without touching any other accounts.
Registration is free, the setup takes about 10 minutes. Your catalogue is already prepared for smart search.
