A step-by-step guide: a five-minute setup — leads from the AI chat and search become orders in your CRM, with the contact, the comment, the products and the UTM tags of the visit.

SalesDrive is a Ukrainian CRM that sales teams run their whole day in: orders, statuses, tasks, calls. But something has to put the leads into it, and most of the time that something is a person — a manager reads the website chat, retypes the phone number into the CRM, adds a note about what the customer wanted, and repeats.
Looma closes exactly that gap. Connect SalesDrive and every lead your widgets collect becomes an order in your CRM: with the contact, the text of the conversation, the products the visitor looked at and the UTM tags of the visit. No exports, no files, no copying. Setup takes about five minutes.

The connection is one-way: Looma writes into your CRM and never reads anything back — no orders, no catalogue. We add the data your CRM would not otherwise have.
Requests from the AI chat, from search and from the widget forms arrive in SalesDrive as orders. There is no pipeline or source to pick on the Looma side: SalesDrive places each order according to your own rules, the way it does with any other incoming order.
Every lead is sent once. Sending it again never creates a second order, and if the lead gains details after it was sent — a phone number that arrived later in the chat, a longer conversation — Looma updates the same order.
Visitors type phone numbers however they like. Looma converts them to international format using the country code you set, so the manager can call straight from the order.
A SalesDrive account and the right to create an API key in it.
The Owner or Administrator role in Looma — the Integrations section is limited to those two.
An active Looma subscription. With an expired one the page redirects you to Billing before it opens.
In SalesDrive open Settings → General settings and integrations → Other services → API and create a key. Also note your account subdomain: for the cabinet demo.salesdrive.me it is demo.
In Looma open Integrations → SalesDrive. You will see the list of your sites — each one connects separately. Find the one you need and press Connect. Two fields: the account subdomain — only the subdomain, without https:// and without .salesdrive.me — and the API key.

Press Save — the Test connection button appears next to it — and then press Test connection. When the test succeeds, the badge next to the site name turns into "Connected" and a green "Connection works" appears in the form.

One more detail you will see on that screen: a reminder that if you ever paste a key from a different SalesDrive account, orders already sent stay in the old one. More on that in the FAQ below.
The settings appear only after a successful check — until then there is nothing to configure.

The dialling code without the "+" (380 by default). It is what lets a number written in national format arrive in the CRM in international format.
The main switch. Everything the AI assistant, the search widget and the forms collect. It starts off, so tick it — nothing is delivered until you do.
Off by default, and deliberately so. Without this box only the leads created after you save reach the CRM: the older ones may already be there by another route, and duplicating them helps nobody. If you do want the whole collected base, tick it and it goes over in a steady stream of about ten leads a minute per site. How many leads you have right now is printed under the switch.
Press Save settings — delivery starts within a minute.
The order arrives already filled in:
First and last name (split from the full name the visitor gave), phone in international format and email. The manager has someone to call and something to call about.
The comment holds the lead text, then the products the visitor looked at, one per line. The order also carries the site name, utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign of the visit, the landing page and the referrer — you can see which campaign the lead actually came from.
Here is how the products look in the comment:
Товари з чату:
• Sofa Milano (SKU 39230) — 12 999 UAH
The heading always reads «Товари з чату:» ("Products from the chat"), and each line carries the product name exactly as it is in your catalogue. And one point we would rather state plainly: products travel as text in the comment, not as order items. SalesDrive does not receive line items, so the order total is not calculated from them. The manager sees what the visitor was interested in; the amounts are theirs to set.
The same goes for what Looma touches afterwards. When a lead changes, it updates only the contact and the comment — the status, the UTM tags and everything your managers filled in stay exactly as they are. Because the comment is rewritten with the current lead text, keep your own notes in other fields and tasks rather than in that comment.
Leads with neither a phone number nor an email are not sent: they would arrive as an empty order nobody can call back.
The badge next to the site name always tells you where you stand: "Connected", "The CRM rejected the key", "The CRM is not responding". Each one names the thing to fix. If SalesDrive is briefly unavailable, Looma simply retries.
If delivery fails ten times in a row — say, the key was revoked — Looma stops sending and emails the account owner, and the site shows "Transfer stopped". Nothing is lost in the process: fix the cause, press Test connection, then Retry failed, and the whole waiting queue goes over. Any successful send resets the counter.
No. The integration is copying a key and a subdomain from SalesDrive into Looma. After that it is a country code and two switches.
About a minute. The backlog goes slower — roughly ten leads a minute per site — so it does not run into your SalesDrive request limit.
Not in Looma, and you do not need to. Orders arrive in SalesDrive like any others, and your own routing rules there decide where they land.
Each connects separately. If they share one key, they share its request limit too: transfers get slower, but nothing breaks. Looma tells you when that happens.
Orders already sent stay in the previous account and are no longer updated there. Only new leads go to the new account.
Yes, with the Disconnect button — the stored key is deleted. Just remember that the delivery history goes with it: connect the same CRM again and previously sent leads are sent a second time, as new orders.
Signing up is free and setup takes about five minutes. Leads from chat and search will start arriving in your CRM on their own.
