Shoppers don’t know what to ask — and leave. Magic Questions put ready questions about the product right under the Buy button: a tap, and the AI answers about exactly this product. How it works and how to add it without code.

A shopper opens a product page, looks at the photos and the price — and stalls. There is a doubt: "will it suit me?", "is it easy to clean?", "is it enough for the whole family?". But putting that into words and typing it into a chat takes an effort most people never make. They close the tab to think it over. Often for good.
Magic Questions remove that effort. Ready questions about exactly this product appear right under the "Buy" button. One tap — and the store's AI consultant answers about this product, from its own characteristics.

Each question is a button. A tap opens the chat on the site and sends the question together with the product name and SKU. So the AI doesn't ask back "which product do you mean?" — it answers straight away: about the sole, the sizes, the material, from what is known about this product.

On a phone the questions stack under the button, easy to tap with a thumb:

You don't make anything up by hand. While AI Magic Data processes a product, it writes up to 10 questions for it — in your site's language, from the product's description and characteristics.
Not "what's the weight?" but "is it easy to take on a trip?". Not "what's the power?" but "does it heat up fast?". That's how real shoppers ask.
The AI writes a question only when the product's description or characteristics hold the answer. So the chat answers to the point, not "sorry, there's no such information".
In the products list the "Questions" button opens a window where you edit the text, hide, delete or add your own question. Once you save, the AI no longer rewrites your list.
In your site settings: AI Assistant → Button & Style → Magic Questions. There's a live animation on your own product — with your domain, photo and questions — and the "Show Magic Questions" switch.

Next — "Choose a place on the site". Your product page opens full-screen right inside the dashboard: hover a block — it lights up, click it — and choose whether the questions go above or below it.

Looma takes the font, the button colour and the rounding from your own page, so the questions look like part of the store. Want it different? In "How the questions look" set your own colour and shape, and optionally turn on a heading over the questions and an "Other question" button that opens the chat for the shopper's own question.

Showing the questions on your site is free: it isn't AI, just a ready list loaded with one light request. Only the AI's answer is paid, when a shopper taps a question — like any chat message. The questions themselves are written by AI Magic Data while it processes the product, with no separate charge.
Pick a place on the product page — and shoppers start asking where they used to leave in silence.

No. The Looma widget code on your site is enough. You pick the place with a click right on your page, without touching the theme or template.
4 by default, anywhere from 1 to 10. They're picked at random among the enabled ones, so each visit shows a slightly different set.
Some platforms forbid showing their pages inside other pages. Then the page opens in a separate tab in the same mode: click the block, choose "Above the block" or "Below the block" and "Done" — the tab closes by itself.
Yes. AI Magic Data writes them in the site's language, and the heading and the "Other question" button, if left unchanged, follow the page language too.
